Not impressed. I phoned up twice to ask about progress on my car and I was asked to be called back because nobody answered the phone. On both occasions I didn't receive a call and ended up asking my parents to drive up to Sytner because I needed it.

BMW sent the wrong part and I had to either leave my car overnight or return next day. Excellent response from Sytner who provided me with a courtesy car so I could return the next day to collect my car and trickle charged my battery overnight.

EGR cooker replaced as part of recall. I am now back in the garage as car shows warning light re low coolant level. Clearly concerning given the fact that the new EGR unit was installed to prevent this issue.

After a service I had an advisory on nsr tyre which I was told they were run flat tyres. But when I was in the M6 and had a puncture I thought I could continue driving but felt unsafe and had to stop. The tyre was flat so felt annoyed.

New headlights weren't adjusted when installed so they were pointing way too high and blinding oncoming traffic. Tyre replaced but pressure was very different to the rest. Surely good practise to check all tyre pressures are matching?

The team at Shrewsbury are greatly let down by the awful central Sytner phone system. Thankfully the local team are good, but it is difficult to get through to them and someone sitting in a call centre in Leicester is does. WHY ASK IF NOT ENOUGH CH.

Booked my x5 in for a wheel repair no problem with the repair. The next morning in daylight noticed that whoever had been in the car had left dirty , greasy fingerprints on the interior doors and seats not what I expected from a BMW dealer .
